Every bouquet is delivered in a water-filled AquaBox, placed inside our signature white floral transport box with an open top - designed to keep flowers upright, hydrated and beautiful. We also include a flower food sachet to prolong freshness and a complimentary envelope for your personal message.

Flowers in a vase?
For longer-lasting blooms, trim stems at an angle every 2 days, refresh the water, and use the included flower food.
Flowers in an aqua pack?
Unwrap your bouquet, remove it from the AquaBox, and place the fresh flowers into a clean vase with cold water.
Choose the Right Place
Place your flowers away from sunlight and heat. A cool, shaded space helps them stay fresh and beautiful.
Keep It Fresh
Gently take out any wilted stems to keep your bouquet looking fresh and lasting longer.
Questions
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, every day, for orders placed before 1 PM. Every bouquet is built to order, and after that hour we can no longer buy the stems and design the arrangement in time. Deliveries run between 11 AM and 8 PM.
Orders placed after 1 PM go out the next morning - or sooner, if you call us and we can make it work.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes. Timed delivery starts at $30 depending on the address, and it is worth it for a restaurant booking, an event, or an office that closes early.
Without a timed slot we cannot promise an exact hour, but you can leave a preferred window in the order notes and we will fit it into the route where we can.
What if the recipient is not there?
We leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot where that is possible, and let you know. If there is nowhere suitable, we contact the recipient or the sender to arrange redelivery, usually the next day.
This is why a mobile number for the recipient matters more than anything else you can give us. A failed attempt caused by an incorrect address carries a $15 redelivery fee.
How much does delivery cost?
Most local deliveries are included in the price. Addresses further out may carry a fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Timed delivery starts at $30. A failed attempt caused by an incorrect address carries a $15 redelivery fee.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
We build the listed arrangements as designed, from the freshest stems that arrive that morning. If a stem is not good enough we substitute like for like rather than downgrading.
For anything outside the catalogue, call us on +1 (657) 427-7770 before 1 PM and we will tell you honestly what is achievable that day.
How do I check on my order?
You get a confirmation email with your order number as soon as you place it. For anything else - a change of address, a change of date, or a question about where the driver is - call or text +1 (657) 427-7770. Someone answers from 6 AM every day.
