Do hospitals accept flower deliveries?

Most wards do. Intensive care units do not — ICU, cardiac ICU, neonatal intensive care and most transplant units refuse flowers outright, and this is close to universal. If the recipient is in one, call us and we will hold the arrangement until they move rather than have it turned away.

What do I need to put in the order notes?

The patient’s full name as it appears on their admission, the ward or unit and room number, and a mobile number for a family member. A hospital name alone is not a delivery address.

Which Los Angeles hospitals do you deliver to?

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the UCLA Santa Monica campus, Providence Saint John’s, Cedars-Sinai, Marina del Rey Hospital, and the medical suites along San Vicente and Wilshire.

What kind of arrangement suits a hospital room?

A basket rather than a wrapped bouquet — it arrives ready to place, and nobody has to find a vase. Keep it modest in size and low in scent; heavily perfumed lilies are the ones most often moved out into a corridor.

What if the patient has been discharged?

Add a mobile number and we will check before the driver leaves. Otherwise we deliver to a ward the patient has left, and the flowers stay at a desk.

Timing

Order before 1 PM for same-day delivery. Afternoon is usually the safest window — flowers arriving after the patient has gone to sleep sit at reception overnight. Timed delivery from $30.
