Hotels, offices and hospitals
Santa Monica has three delivery patterns and each needs one extra detail from you:
- Hotels — we hand the bouquet to the front desk with the guest’s name. Add the check-in name exactly as booked, not a nickname.
- Offices — the buildings along Colorado, Broadway and Wilshire share lobbies. Add the suite number, and note if reception closes before 5 PM.
- Hospitals — Providence Saint John’s and UCLA Santa Monica accept flowers at reception. Add the patient’s full name and room. Intensive care units do not accept flowers at all; if the recipient is in one, call us and we will hold the arrangement rather than waste it.

How late can I order flowers for same-day delivery in Santa Monica?
Before 1 PM. Every bouquet is made to order, and after that hour we cannot source the stems and design it in time. Deliveries run from 11 AM to 8 PM.
