Yellow Flowers

Yellow flowers, delivered the same day in Los Angeles

Yellow is the friendliest colour we sell. It carries no romantic charge, which makes it the right choice for a colleague, a friend, a neighbour or anyone where warmth is the point and nothing more. It is also the colour that photographs best in a dim office.

What is in this collection

Yellow and golden arrangements, including sunflowers when they are in season, yellow roses and tulips in spring. For a fuller mix see all bouquets.

When people send yellow

Congratulations, thank-you and get well most often. Yellow roses specifically mean friendship rather than romance — useful when you want to be affectionate without being misread. It is our most-requested colour for office deliveries; our office delivery guide covers what to include in the notes.

One caution: in some cultures yellow flowers carry funeral or farewell associations. If you are sending to someone from Eastern Europe, Latin America or Iran, white or pink is the safer choice.

Same-day delivery

Order before 1 PM and it is delivered the same day, between 11 AM and 8 PM, across Los Angeles County. Studios in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey and Westwood. See the full delivery area.

Questions people ask

What do yellow roses mean?

Friendship, warmth and congratulation — not romance. That is precisely why they work for colleagues and friends.

Are sunflowers always available?

No, they are seasonal. If sunflowers matter to you specifically, call before ordering and we will tell you what is in that day.

Do yellow flowers work for a hospital delivery?

Yes, they are among the best choices — bright in a dim room and with no sombre associations. Add the patient's name and room number.

How late can I order for today?

1 PM. After that the order moves to the next morning.
