Yes, every day, for orders placed before 1 PM. Every bouquet is built to order, and after that hour we can no longer buy the stems and design the arrangement in time. Deliveries run between 11 AM and 8 PM.

Orders placed after 1 PM go out the next morning - or sooner, if you call us and we can make it work.

Yes. Timed delivery starts at $30 depending on the address, and it is worth it for a restaurant booking, an event, or an office that closes early.

Without a timed slot we cannot promise an exact hour, but you can leave a preferred window in the order notes and we will fit it into the route where we can.

We leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot where that is possible, and let you know. If there is nowhere suitable, we contact the recipient or the sender to arrange redelivery, usually the next day.

This is why a mobile number for the recipient matters more than anything else you can give us. A failed attempt caused by an incorrect address carries a $15 redelivery fee.

We build the listed arrangements as designed, from the freshest stems that arrive that morning. If a stem is not good enough we substitute like for like rather than downgrading.
