A note on canyon and hillside addresses
Palisades addresses are the trickiest we deliver to. Long private driveways, gates without call boxes and houses set back from the road all slow a driver down. Two things make it work every time: a gate code and a mobile number for the recipient in the order notes. Without them the driver may not be able to reach the door, and a second attempt carries a $15 redelivery fee.
If nobody is home, tell us where to leave it — a shaded porch or a side door. Flowers left in direct afternoon sun on a Palisades driveway will not survive the wait.
