Questions people ask
What comes with a bouquet?
A water-filled aqua pack, a protective transport box, flower care instructions, flower food, and a printed gift note from you in a branded envelope. A vase is not included — add one at checkout and it travels on the same delivery.
How long will the flowers last?
Seven to fourteen days depending on the variety, if the water is changed every two days. Tulips and sunflowers last longest; peonies and ranunculus are the shortest and the most beautiful.
Do you deliver to apartments and gated buildings?
Yes. Add a gate code and a mobile number for the recipient. For buildings with a lobby we hand the bouquet to the front desk and note who signed.
What happens if nobody is home?
We call the recipient. If we cannot reach them, tell us in the order notes where to leave it — a shaded porch or a side door, never in direct afternoon sun.
