Shipping Policy

At Paradise, we carefully prepare every floral arrangement and coordinate delivery through our trusted third-party courier service, Burqup.com.

Delivery Method

All local deliveries are handled by Burqup.com or an assigned delivery partner. Once your order is picked up by the courier, delivery tracking and proof of delivery may be provided when available.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery is considered completed when the courier delivers the order to the provided address and submits proof of delivery, such as a delivery photo, courier confirmation, or delivery status update.

Once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and proof of delivery has been submitted, Paradise Flowers Art is not responsible for the bouquet after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The recipient not being available at the delivery location

  • The bouquet being left at the door, lobby, reception, mailroom, concierge, or another safe location

  • Theft, loss, damage, heat exposure, weather exposure, or mishandling after delivery

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery addresses provided by the customer

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, recipient name, phone number, apartment or unit number, gate code, and any special delivery instructions before the order is dispatched.

If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, we cannot guarantee successful delivery or issue a refund once the courier has attempted delivery.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the bouquet in a safe location, with reception, concierge, mailroom, front desk, or another reasonable delivery point at or near the provided address.

Such delivery will still be considered completed if the courier confirms delivery and provides proof.

Refunds Related to Delivery

Refunds are not issued for orders that have been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer and confirmed by the courier with proof of delivery.

If there is a genuine delivery issue caused before completion of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case based on courier information, delivery status, and available proof.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, building access, recipient availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery delays caused by third-party courier conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
